Favourite Spanish Eats with Dani
Hi! To celebrate our exciting new chapter of manufacturing in Spain (and moving out of our London studio), I thought it would be the perfect time to share some of my favorite Spanish eateries in London. Whenever I feel a bit nostalgic about my roots or meet up with Spanish friends, it’s always comforting to have a little taste of home. Here are my go-to spots.
Cambio de Tercio
My first Spanish food “accidental find” in London, Cambio de Tercio in South Kensington is perfect for a lively night out, after an Anglesea pint visit. With jamón, pan de cristal, and a good tinto, it’s both festive and chic. Their creative twist on classics keeps things interesting, and you might even spot Rafael Nadal dining here!
Barrafina
Barrafina is a no-brainer for a reason. With a Michelin star and unmatched authenticity, it’s my top choice for dishes like tortilla de patatas and gambas al ajillo. Counter seating and open kitchens make the experience as fun as the food.
Broken Eggs
This casual Fitzrovia spot is a recent discovery but already a favorite. Their huevos rotos are comfort food perfection, and the churros con chocolate are the sweetest nod to home. Perfect for an easygoing meal.
Sabor
For special occasions, Sabor is my go-to. With a Michelin star and legendary cochinillo and pulpo, it’s a culinary ode to Spain that feels like a celebration every time.
Next time you’re in the mood for a little Spanish taste, give one of these places a try :)
