Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail and DHL Express. Shipping timings and rates will vary depending on your location. This will be shown at checkout.
When will your order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within 3 - 5 working days of an order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
For European deliveries, your delivery may be subject to VAT & Duty charges by your country's customs department via our couriers. Please note that as the recipient you are responsible for all import fees which can vary depending on country.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase.
If you would like an alteration to your pre-ordered item — such as adjustments in sizing or length (making the garment longer or shorter) — we are happy to offer this service. Please note, however, that once an item has been altered, it will no longer be eligible for return. For any alteration requests, feel free to email to contact@miufu.co.uk referencing your order number.
Returns
We offer a 14 day return policy from the date you receive the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject any return item that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
