Morning in Pimlico with Ines

It's Sunday morning and we meet with Ines at her place. Originally from Spain and now working in finance, Ines has made London her second home after living here for a few years. Now she shows us a few of her favourite spots in the neighbourhood.

Elizabeth Street

We head to Elizabeth Street. Famous area in Belgravia, next to Victoria station, and distinguishable by the many nice restaurants, boutique shops and flower stands. As we walk, we find our first stop.

Chestnut Bakery

"This café is always busy!" - tells us Ines. Famous for it's coffee and pastries (awarded best London croissant in 2023) we grab an iced latte and two pastries. Definitely will be coming back.

Bayley & Sage

Just a few steps later we find Bailey & Sage. With different locations in the city, this premium grocery shop is one of their most popular branches (you will often find people taking photos in front of the flower bouquets). It's not just a pretty place, though - according to Ines this is where you can find the best tomatoes in town and therefore a favourite among Spanish people living in London.

Eccleston Yards

After coffee and groceries, Ines shows us her favourite workout place, Psycle, located in Eccleston Yards. In this courtyard we see a mix of foodie spots and sports clubs, from Atis (popular salad place) to places like Psycle and Barry's. All of these crowded by locals in their late 20s.

Ben Venuti

Our last stop is one of the most ideal places and genuine Italian in the neighbourhood. Ben Venuti is an Italian deli with outdoor sitting which when sunny, makes it the perfect breakfast spot.
