Delivery, Returns, and Pre-Orders

All orders will be shipped within 3 - 5 working days of an order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

For European deliveries, your delivery may be subject to VAT & Duty charges by your country's customs department via our couriers. Please note that as the recipient you are responsible for all import fees which can vary depending on country.

Pre-orders 

Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase.

If you would like an alteration to your pre-ordered item — such as adjustments in sizing or length (making the garment longer or shorter) — we are happy to offer this service. Please note, however, that once an item has been altered, it will no longer be eligible for return. For any alteration requests, feel free to email to contact@miufu.co.uk referencing your order number. 

What is our Return Policy?

We understand that if the item is not suitable for you, you may want to return it. We offer a 14 day return policy form the date you receive the item.

Returns must be sent back in their original condition, unwashed, unworn and undamaged.

We reserve the right to reject any return item that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above.

Please note we do not provide return shipping labels, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days. Please note that if an item is returned damaged, defective, or not the correct item, we will notify you and a refund may not be possible.

Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us at contact@miufu.co.uk
